Trampoline, playset, and above-ground pool removal

Swing sets and other play structures can be cool additions to your yard, but eventually, they’ll get to a point where they’re just in the way. When it’s time for it to go, you could try to get rid of it yourself, but it can be tricky. Most play structures can’t simply be left out for curbside pickup, which means you’ll have to find a facility that can accept it, and then you’ll have to transport it there yourself. Thankfully, SalvageMovers is here to handle your swing set removal for you.

How can I disassemble a trampoline?

If your trampoline is still in good shape, you can try donating it so that someone else can enjoy it. Otherwise, you can look at having it recycled. Either way, SalvageMovers can take care of it for you. Our trampoline removal service makes it easy to get that trampoline out of your way for good. We’ll take care of everything—we’ll take the trampoline apart, load it up into our trailer, tidy up the area before we leave, and then make sure your trampoline gets donated or recycled where possible.

If you wish to take on the task by yourself, you’ll need to dismantle it before you can move it. If the trampoline can’t be reused, you’ll need to check with your local recycling depot first to ensure they are able to accept the components of your trampoline. Keep in mind that you may not be able to leave it out for curbside pickup, in which case you’ll need to transport it to the depot yourself. It can be a lot of work, which is why it’s best to hire professionals to take care of it for you.

How can I dismantle a playhouse?

Before you attempt to take your playhouse apart on your own, consider the amount of time and effort it will take. You’ll need to have the right tools, and will probably need some extra hands—it’s a big job and isn’t something you should do on your own. If you want to save yourself the hassle, let SalvageMover do the heavy lifting for you!

We can dismantle the playhouse for you, then load it up into our trailer , tidy up the area, then haul it away and ensure everything gets donated or recycled where possible. You won’t have to lift a finger!

You’ll need to remove the swings, the slide, the monkey bars and anything else that is used to swing, slide or climb. Once these are removed, you can get to work on taking apart the structure itself. When it’s completely apart, you’ll need to load it into a vehicle and transport it to a recycling facility or landfill. Be sure to check with the facility first to ensure they are able to accept the components of your playset.
